Over the internet, it turns out, as I’ve figured it- that Blogspot is the nokia – easy, userfriendly. But WordPress is the Sony Ericsson – its a little less user friendly, and daunting (sure) but once you start, you know you’ve discovered a diamond, a puzzle that just needs to be solved, an addiction that keeps you coming back for more.
And yet, there are a few things that I don’t understand. A few things that I dislike. Hoping to find all the problems solved.
1) How do I install a theme I downloaded from wordpress.org?
2) Some of the posts I imported from my blogspot blog don’t look structured when they appear here on WordPress. The text is much to the left, the pictures stick to the left border and everything looks so untidy and messed up. How do I rectify that?
3) How do I add widgets to my blog?
Confused. And these are just some of the teething problems. Moving on to my next post.
